LaPorte County Court House Renovation
1937

The LaPorte County Court House, built in 1892 and the third one on the same site, was undergoing a renovation in this 1937 photograph. It was gaining a fireproof vault for storage of public records. The name on the cement mixer, Tonn & Blank, is a local construction firm still in business today.
